    So, formatting seems to be slightly difficult as I had this laid out in a nice neat way and it just squishes it together anyway....

    It's probably like all e-mail & online forms, there isn't any formatting. So don't bother with tabs, outlines, etc. Just write in freeform.

    I've hit enter two times right now to start a new paragraph. If we don't see that, then that doesn't make a difference either.

    We'll figure it out as we go.
